Tom set up The Exchange in 2001 and through it has developed partnerships with a very large number of businesses and organisations to help pupils learn skills for the workplace and also to support teachers in the classroom. He is currently introducing changes to the Company and expanding the staffing in readiness for a new range of qualifications, called Diplomas, that commenced in schools and colleges in September 2008

| Jan joined The Exchange in November 2007 as the company was restructuring its work with schools and employers: "I am excited by the challenges that lie ahead, not least working with our schools and colleges as they prepare for the introduction of Diplomas in September 2008. Key businesses are responding well to the opportunities to work with teachers and students in shaping the skills of the future workforce." |
