 Case studies for business studies courses

A useful resource has just been launched for business studies courses in secondary schools, colleges and universities.

The Times 100 case studies are a free resource now available online at www.thetimes100.co.uk or you can sign up for a newsletter. 

The website is packed with useful information and you can also get additional course materials - including lesson plans and MP3 downloads of the case studies.

The Exchange (Norfolk Education Business Partnership) runs the Junior Engineers Knex Challenge in Norfolk.

The challenge is promoted nationally by Young Engineers,

www.youngeng.org and Hasbro and is aimed at young school students aged between 7 and 11.

 

   EDP Schools Fantasy Shares League Investor of the Month

Team Mctaalkm GNG from Reepham High School is the second Investor of the month in the EDP Schools Fantasy Shares league with a 4.73% increase in their portfolio, valued at £5,329.

The Schools Fantasy Shares League, which has attracted 137 school teams from across Norfolk, is co-ordinated by The Exchange and is supported by Larking Gowen and Hamilton Acorn.

A live final featuring the 26 teams that did best over the year was held in St Andrew's Hall, Norwich, on Tuesday, June 24.
